BUCKCHERRY NASCAR VIDEO HIGHWAY STAR
Buckcherry, the band that gave the world - and more importantly, strip clubs - "Crazy Bitch," has aimed its power riffs at the world of NASCAR. In conjunction with TNT's six-race Cup schedule, the band released a cover of Deep Purple's "Highway Star" for use as the network's NASCAR theme song.
The video features the standard "it looks like the band is playing a concert but is not really playing a concert" shots, as well as the standard and always-appreciated "silhouette of a hot chick dancing inside an industrial vent." Race footage includes lots of crashes, close-ups and Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Kyle Busch.
Oh, and for some reason a TNT stock car tries to run over lead singer Josh Todd, even though he and the band did a solid job on the cover.
Why, TNT car ... why?

A few of the original guys from Buckcherry have a band called Black Robot. They have a song called In My Car. It totally rocks. Nascar should have used the Black Robot original song.
