Man I am in that same boat with you. In 2001 I was a hardcore Terry Labonte fan and yet to forget or forgive the 99 Bristol incident. Yet, that day I realized something big happened. I had watched the race at my house, later I had gone to my neighbors house and we we're watching the news and they told us. I immediately ran home to tell my dad what had happened. I was only in the seventh grade but I remember going to Bristol later than year and it being different.... But never did i realize how much of an impact he had on this sport until after he was gone.
