Anyone that doesnt purchase enough tires or bring a pit crew shoul be subject to being paid per lap completed. For example: If last place pays $20,000 in a 500 lap event, and the start and park completes 10 laps, then they should get paid $400. That is equal to $20,000 divided by 500 laps equals $40 per lap times 10 completed eqauls $400 payout. That will stop this crap !!
