Sweet tradition, yes, but I saw an amateur video of the ceremony and there isn't just one special moment where everyone kissed the bricks. It appears that the bricks are kissed over and over and over again, with the team each time wearing a different hat, so that all the sponsors can have their photo ops. Big deal? No, but just one more example of the corporate influence that spoils the puritiy and authenticity of NASCAR.
