GOOD! It takes time to get a new crew chief settled in, understanding what the driver wants and needs in a car, etc. Plus from the sounds of it, McGrew is the kind of guy that Jr needs on the box - someone that isn't going to take his crap on the radio, willing to take charge and call the shots, etc. And from Jr's own mouth, he's part of the solution, not the problem, so if things don't turn around, don't even try to hang this on Lance!
