As a Jr fan I dont expect much better next season with a 2nd tier crew chief on the box. Tony Eury Jr won with Dale in his first race under the HMS banner, Steve Hemil in an interm position at DEI won with Jr with less races than Lance has had without the equipment and way past the days of getting the "W" with Mark Martin. I used to balk at the Rick Hendrick conspiracies but after Lance has done nothing but drop Jr in points positions since the replacement and Rick adimate that Lance is the right guy I now have my doubts. Let us remember just a few years back Lance was demoted from a crew chief position at HMS and only has 1 cup win on the resume. While a switch may not fix everything it would be a damn good start. Just wish someone would stick a mic in Kyle Busch's face and ask him what he thinks of Lance so more fans would know the truth that this guy is 2nd tier at best. Darien Grub had more wins before he was officially a crew chief and Drew Blick eclipsed Lance's carrer wins in just 2 starts on the box.
