I remember seeing this guy at Bristol a few years ago. But he was only the third-most-memorable person of the weekend (with #2 being the guy sliding down the hill in a refrigerator box, and #1 being the guy who climbed into the Mello Yello 88 show car when the booth attendant wasn't looking).
Oh, and that is definitely turn 1 at Bristol (hence the "Sharpie 500" on the asphalt).
