You can't be serious, because it's very obvious that Busch just wasn't expecting the 09 car to turn right into him. and even if he had been, it doesn't look like there was much he could have done. He went high to drive around junior and his friends little celebration, because he was pissed, and he knew he had the best car on the track if he hadn't gotten spun out near the end.
