Jay it was hot, i mean real hot. I cant blame anyone for anything they did. 50 cent said: it's hot and that's a good enough reason. I have to agree with him.
I hate Brad, and am not a big fan of Kung-Fu Carl. However I will say this: That accident was incredibly dangerous, uncalled for and just ugly. Brad didn't deserve that, no one does. That's coming for someone who dislikes him as much as most of NASCAR hates the KBSHOW.
We already had Matt limping away from the 20, I can hardly believe that all of them drivers walked away.
There was absolutely no way NASCAR could have took that trophy away from Carl like they did to Joey @ the Toyota shoot0out or whatever. That place would have been torn apart. Us fans in the stands had already proved our devotion by 3pm Saturday afternoon. 98 degrees out there. By 10:30 Saturday that place was electric. If NASCAR had taken the trophy away from the hometown favorite, we'll lets just say this is the same crowd that tore apart River-port Amphitheater when Axl Rose showed his ass. They accomplished that without the added benefit of being miserable from the relentless heat all day.
NASCAR can do whatever the hell they want come Tuesday, but their hands were tied Saturday.
