Man Brad Keselowski should have got out of his car and should have beat the living daylights out of Carl Edwards. That is what i would have done if he wrecked me on purpose going almost 200mph.

Brad Keselowski earned the bump, the flip was courtesy of NASCAR and the wing. His driving is vintage Intimidator relived. What goes around come around.

Heres the deal... If Edwards had been on the lead lap, then boys will be boys.....but he wasn't and this was more like Boys will be attempted murders instead he had NO chance of even gaining single position... that being said Carl was 154 laps down and tried NOT once....NOT twice...but Three times(i was there in person about 75-100ft away) the first time is when he was getting on the track he stayed at a slower pace on the apron until 3/4 the way down the back stretch until he seen the lead pack catching him and tried to spin brad out when brad passed him... didn't work so he stayed with him and tried soooo hard the lap before he succeeded that he almost spun himself out....3rd times a charm i guess.... do i think he should go to jail...no do i think nascar should make an example out of him... yes.....remember back to Bristol last year in the NNS when there was a rookie driver who was a few laps down Turned left into KY bush and took him out of a race the he was dominating....what did nascar do??? NOTHING even KY was a lil hesitant about what he said about the crash you could see he was pissed. but it wasn't the typical KY angry interview it was more like someone told him(nascar) to take it easy in front of the cameras.....and it was forgotten.(he lost his ride with Armando Fitz because of it)..WHY you ask? NOT because he was a rookie...but because he was Afro-American and it would hurt nascars attempt to bring more "diversity" to the sport...if they did something about it then this would have never happened...what will they do to Carl Edwards...50k fine and maby one race....if i did that at my dirt track it would be a minimum of a years suspension... why wont they do that???? because who else is going to be there Back Flipping monkey...and since I'm on that subject i remember Carl first truck win he did a back flip...before that stunt nobody knew who he was. BUT he was great for TV... and Roush knew that that's exactly what it takes to make the media take notice...witch in turn fans see and hear about you... think your cool and want your buy your merchandise which makes Roush MONEY!!!! that's it.... MONEY!!!! say it with me M-O-N-E-Y!!!!!!
now you can have an AWESOME driver who finishes Solid week in and week out (Biffle/Kenseth) but there not popular... so there stuff don't sell as much as Earnhardt JR, Kahne, or even KY Bush. My point is in today's nascar as a car owner you want at least 2 great drivers and 1 that might not be the best racer but sells merchandise very well...and hey face it...you make more all year off $150.00 jackets then you do from actually racing In the most expensive professional sport in the united stats possible the world....so NO the punishment WONT be enuf....why because then if Edwards gear dint sell...then nascar dont get there cut for the use of the "name"

before it was on FOX or TNT back when the only ones who wanted to televise it was ESPN(Entertainment "Sports" Programing Network) and there was
debris on every track, every lap and not 5 pointless cautions for no reason

heres the deal... if he would have been racing on the lead lap when carl spun him...then your right it wouldnt be as big of a deal considering the "Have at it, Boys" rule...now that being said he was in the garage for OVER half the damn race and after watching the video footage again.... the did show it very well it was more in the back ground but when carl came back onto the track he didnt run around the apron he went from the pits straight to the track ALMOST hitting brad then kinda like buckshot johnes did....or even Cole Trickel and ive seen over and over people spin other people out BUT when u hit the quarterpanel and get the car sidways you get out of the gas and let them spin.... NOT dive threw the spinning car because the Force for the car pushing the quaterpannel pushes that side of the car down in turn LIFTING the right side and that coupled with the poor arrow dynamics when cars are backwards HE WAS HOPING THE CAR WOULD FLIP!!!!!! or he would have lifted as soon has he turned him...ive done the same thing befor at a dirt track.... and i know it wasnt because of aero but because the RR rim dug into the track...eather way you dont race for 3/4 of your life and not know what happends when u do certain things wile spinning someone out all he would had to do is spin him and get off the gas and let him spin.... NOT POWER THROU

I'm still a Carl Edwards fan. Who cares what he did. Yeah he needs to be punished and he will, but Edwards knew what he was doing.

There is a difference between "payback" and what Carl did, especially since he had nothing to pay Brad back for. Carl was at fault early on in the race, and at Talladega.

What Edwards did was extremely dangerous, he knew EXACTLY what would happen to Keselowski if he turned him there. He's very lucky Brad was able to walk away. Nascar officials need to hand down a harsh punishment.

keselowski is a tool; he definintely deserved what he got!! NASCAR wants to let the drivers police themselves.......well?!?......isn't that what happened? keselowski will think twice before he pulls anymore of his crap. edwards was only taking him behind the woodshed; NASCAR style. although, somewhat tactless, at least edwards had the balls to actually enforce the new policy on keselowski.

Seems like everyone wants their cake and eat it too. You say you want drivers to be more physical on the track and bring back the excitement but then over-react when it results with a car in the air. I say so be it and welcome the aggression back into the sport.

As a fellow racecar driver (not nascar or anytihng) who has had his share of on track incadents ... and having my friend arrested for attemped vehicular manslaughter 2 years ago for smashing into the back of someones car on a yellow flag. Watching nascar my whole life ive come to understand that with all racecars when a car is straight the air goin from Front to Back is downforce BUT if a car gets turned backwards all the downforce gets turned into lift(like an aeroplane) due to that stupid rice rocket rear wing.....now that being said... if a local dirt track racer who didnt even graduate highschool knowns what happends with downforce/lift then i really would hope that someone with an engenering degree and a pillots license(Carl Edwards)should know and understand that....ok so not all smart people have commonsense BUT since edwards himself has had it happen to him for the same aerodynamic reasons than there is NO WAY he didnt mean to send Brad Airborne considering everytime a C.O.T. has been turned backwards it has fliped...Now if he would have dospun Brad in a corner when the wheels are turned the the air is moving from LF to RR he would have simply spunout and slammed the wall most likley not getting airborne....plain and simple english; EDWARDS SAT IN THE PITS FOR 156 LAPS PLANNING ON SPINNING HIM OUT ON THE STRAIGHT.... because if he didnt plan it for that exactly to happen... then why didnt he spin brad out any of the 3 laps that he was follwing him and could have done it in the corner a few times. The lap befor Carl succseded he tried so hard to do it in the same exact spot the lap befor and almost spun himself out......nascar shouldnt fine him and they should not take any points away.. instead they should suspend him for at least 2 races since in turn it will take money from his pockets, take valuble points from him but make him sit on the sidlines and watch everyone eles so what they were born to do...

I thought Nascar was going to let drivers settle their own differences. Whats up with this? Nascar is going to ruin the sport before it is over.

This made me lose all respect for Carl. I'm not a big fan of keselowski, but Carl drifted down into him to earlier, and then decides to "pay him back" for something that was not even Brad's fault. Grow up buddy.
