Flounder Edges Kyle Busch in D.C.
It may not have packed the drama of the 2007 Pepsi 400 at Daytona, when Jamie McMurray nosed out Kyle Busch for the win, but it sure beats California. But, you just have to know that losing the Smell My Face Beltway Race around Washington, D.C., to some Tony Stewart lookalike known as Flounder (above) will eat at Busch for a long time.
And really, ask yourself: How hard would it have been for Busch to give the insufferable Flounder the bumper and spin him out in the parking lot as the duo neared the line? Sure, maybe a spectator or two would have been hurt, but what's that when it comes to defending your racing honor?
No, the shame of this stinging defeat will stick with Busch for a long time.
