So what did I miss on vacation?

Teammates yelling at other teammates. Chase contenders booting crew chiefs. Brad Keselowski going Sting on Rick Hendrick’s NWO. And now we add a newly repaved Bristol race to the mix…at night.

All the people I would normally want to take look vulnerable. Consider this.

• Kyle Busch needs a win. He has been as low as 3/1 at Bristol. But engine issues, bad luck and poor decisions about race cautions have Busch feeling a bit cursed.
• Two Hendrick engines went bad at Michigan, just as I thought about going with Hendrick the rest of the season.
• Greg Biffle has been the only shining light in anotherwise slumbering summer for Ford teams that tend to do well here.
• They repaved the track.

Up a fake 502 dollars, this money might go up with the tempers of drivers on a Saturday night in Bristol. Thank goodness this is for entertainment only.

I really want to pick him to win the Chase. And even though Kyle Busch at five wins here, Bad Brad has the best average finishing position among active drivers.

The #88 wants wins and wasn’t afraid to tick off Jeff Gordon. Add edge and speed to Dale Jr. at Bristol…worse fake wagers have been made.

8 fake dollars on Clint Bowyer and Martin Truex Jr. at 25/1
They finished third and fourth here earlier this year.

4 fake dollars on Brian Vickers at 60/1
He finished fifth and would make my season.
