J.J. YELEY CRASH

J.J. Yeley was taken to the hospital following a short track crash on Saturday night. According to Racin' Today, Yeley reportedly suffered three broken vertebrae in the crash. He was competing in a race in the Sprint Bandits Series at the half-mile dirt Lakeside Speedway in Kansas City, Kan. Yeley made 95 Sprint Cup starts between 2004 and 2008. He was the 2003 USAC Triple Crown champion. Video of the crash can be found after the jump.

I miss JJ racing in the cup series and hope he gets back there- These cars are soooo dangerous. And I agree- Where was the coverage on this? Nothing on any of the NASCAR news sites? Whats up with that?
