The 400 was the scene of yet another crash involving Dale Earnhardt Jr. Earnhardt got into Paul Menard, who had been running surprisingly well, setting off a chain reaction that collected Scott Speed and Jeff Burton. Earnhardt, as is usually the case with these wrecks, drove away clean.
