Here's everything you need to know about Sunday's AMP Energy 500 at Talladega Superspeedway. Jamie McMurray won. Jimmie Johnson expanded his championship lead. Ryan Newman wrecked hard. There was a Big One. NASCAR banned bump-drafting in the turns right before the race. Boredom ensued.

I saw the Newman wreck and that was it... I was outside playing with the kids/nursing a truly righteous hangover and the wife called me in to see the replay of the wreck.

outside with a hangover, youre a brave man. It was a bizarre race..... the whole single file thing for 20 laps didnt really do it for me, but when they would break into 2/3 wide, it was good stuff.
