Yes, I agree...Apparently Thersa never really cared about Sr.kids...All just "an act" while his Daddy was alive...Out of "respect for her late husband", she should has stood by "what Dale Jr." wanted...I bet his "daddy" was turning in his Grave"...I'm sure he looks down" from Heaven and is "very Proud" of his son, and his "many Accomplishments."...And Yes, he "certainly did look like his "daddys boy", the way he shot up through those cars to finish in Second place!..One or two more laps and he would have taken home yet "another Daytona 500...

Teresa is a bitch... We all know that... She let go NASCAR's biggest fan base 60% over greed. We all see where that got her, merging. I'm sure Dale is very proud. But, honestly, 2nd to 10th at a ristrictorplate track is not that big of a deal... It is talent to be able, but its not unheard of... Lets be honest too, ristrictorplate racing isn't that great... over half of the time its all luck as to who is leading on the final lap... one or two more laps and he might have been back in 20th...

That's exactly "right"...Thersa is Jrs."Stepmom"...His real mom would have "supported him"....People love Dale cause he is a really nice, "honest" guy.He is a "great driver".You can't "expect any driver to do "his best" with all the "do's , don't andrules" put out there. He respects the rules, even though "he doesn't agree with them"...He is not a "dirty driver", as his dad sometimes was..Dale Jr. sure did good, this Daytona 500, didn't he???Why, because rules were "lifted", and he could "be the best he could be...One more lap, and you better "Believe" he would have taken first place....People "need" to butt out of his "personal life" ...He seems to be handling it "just fine"...And his "butt" looks GREAT in those Wrangler Jeans!

I am shocked to hear that tony stewart would make any bad comments about Dale Jr. they were bosom buddies, at least in the past,,, I believe that Jr. will turn things around in 2010,,,at least Rick Hendrick will do any thing to make it happen....( Dick Jackson

To the Teresa was right statement lets call a spade a spade, After the Jr fallout the line of talent at DEI was on the fast pace out the door, Hemil, both Eurys, Jr, and Segal to name a few, If not for Ganassi DEI would be just as Stewart called it a museum.

Let's see 18 victories. Wasn't riding Daddy's coattail then. Maybe he used up all his luck when he wasn't burned to death a few years ago.

I agree, Teresa was right "make up yuour mind, either be a race driver or a celebrity, you can't be both! I bet senior told her that before his accident. So many people bad mouthed Teresa - she was correct!

The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web bwosrer. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it'll do even better in those areas, but for now it's a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod's strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.

I learned how to sail in Oceanside CA on a litlte Lido 14. Stick with the smaller boats (26 ft or less) to learn. They are much more responsive in the wind and you have to pay attention to everything. Go to your local US coast guard and ask them about power squadren certifications and classes to learn the rules of the road, so to speak. Then, before you get involved in buying a larger boat, I would crew for some people who own their own boats. You can learn volumes from other peoples situations before you invest in your own.I sailed on a 41 ketch with one other guy from Cairns Australia up to Guam. Had a great time learned alot. Six months on board in the tropics with stops in New Guinea, Truk Lagoon, and a few other places. Contact me if you want some leads or further info on how to go about it. Nothing like being in open water.

I agree with Tony Stewart. Junior has never been a driver. He certainly can't use the excuse that it is the car, equipment or crew. He has it all. Face it Junior, keep modeling for Wrangler and leave racing to the real drivers.

Jr. has to much pressure on him all the time, just leave him alone for a bit. For past three years at least, Jr. this that and the other thing, give it a rest allready!!

The Charlotte Observer reports that NASCAR chairman Brian France is fighting a doozy of a lawsuit involving his ex-wife, and his lawyers are going to "extraordinary" lengths to keep the case from the public. The Observer reports, "It's unclear exactly what the dispute involves, but the matter is being heard in family court and apparently involves domestic issues."

France filed a civil complaint in North Carolina against his ex-wife, Megan. I would tell you what it entails, but France's lawyers have managed to pervert the idea of open government. France's lawyers are seeking to bar the public from the courtroom as arguments in the case unfold. What is known is that a confidentiality agreement is at the heart of the case, and publicizing certain information "would cause huge adverse effects for Mr. France," according to lawyer Kary Watson.

France's lawyers say that giving access to one newspaper (The Observer) will cause the case to become a "public spectacle" that will harm their client, whom they then unwittingly likened to one of the Three Little Pigs. Said Watson, pointing to a reporter in the courtroom, "They're here; they want to know what is going on. The big, bad wolf is blowing at the door.”

I won't speculate about the details of the case, and frankly I don't care about the man's personal life, but I will point out, with my trademark understatement, that France's own NASCAR spent a good portion of 2009 publicly dragging driver Jeremy Mayfield's name through the mud. It did so using the nation's court systems, knowing full well the massive attention court documents would receive from the media.

So, who's afraid of the big, bad wolf?

(Sorry. Had to do it.)

NASCAR's Brian France fights to keep case quiet (That's Racin')

Thank you a lot for giving eryveone an extraordinarily breathtaking chance to check tips from this site. It's always so awesome and also packed with a great time for me personally and my office fellow workers to visit the blog at minimum 3 times in 7 days to see the latest items you have. Of course, I am at all times motivated with your spectacular suggestions you serve. Some two ideas in this post are indeed the most impressive we've had.

Hi,Name is Paul. Clawhammer Banjo player lvinig in Suffolk. Been thrashing (or frailing) indoors for a while now. Just venturing out into the local Folk scene. There are armies of melodians out there.Been watching the old UKFolkies site since July thinking: it all seems very quiet Then I saw the link to here. Is there a 101 on this site? What is a ForumPress? I find Facebook confusing and Twitter (old I guess). I'd be grateful for an easy in to this site.Paul

His step mother hit the nail on the head. Junior needs to decide if he is a racer or a minor celiberty.

Thanks for the great plugin. Got a quick quisoetn Is there a way to use a shortcode to put the HTML into the post? I remember using the plugin a few months ago and I could quickly put a set into a post and it would convert to HTML? (Unless I'm remembering wrong.) But now the shortcode stays the way it is, so if I disable the plugin for example, the post won't show anything. Is there a shortcode or fast way to post sets in HTML? Thanks!
