jQuery is being loaded a total of 3 times. Both your theme and one of your puiglns (Comment Validation) are loading it incorrectly. It's possible that you've got other puiglns loading it incorrectly, but those are the obvious two.

Instead of going on line you'd be better off fiindng someone that does sail, pay them a few bucks to take you out for a while to get the general ideas of sailing with actual experience. As for buying a boat suitable for this about anything will work if you day sailing in calm seas near land and staying on shore at night, but if you're going to stay on the boat it'll cost to get one with living quarters.
