Kurt Busch has really learned to control his rage. On lap 246 in the Pep Boys Auto 500 he went sideways in Turn 4 and got into Reed Sorenson, who was in the wrong place at the wrong time. End of race for Busch. Upon exiting his car in the garage, Busch slammed his HANS device into the side of the No. 2 Miller Lite. But by the time the cameras found him in street clothes for the obligatory "WTF happened?" interview, Busch wore the forced smile of a man trying to explain to his wife that he enjoys her delicious meatloaf when he, in fact, loathes her delicious meatloaf.

And former open-wheel champion Sam Hornish Jr. gave us a preview of what’s to come when open-wheel non-champion Danica Patrick makes the move to NASCAR’s Nationwide, Trucks and ARCA series in 2010.
