NASCAR FOUNDER’S GRANDSON ARRESTED FOR COCAINE POSSESSION

The Daytona Beach News-Journal is reporting that J.C. France, the grandson of NASCAR founder Bill France, and J.C.'s half-brother Russell Van Richmond have been arrested for possession of cocaine and DUI.
