DMV DENIES LICENSE TO J.C. FRANCE

J.C. France, the grandson of NASCAR founder Bill France, was denied by the state of Florida from getting his driver's license back, the Daytona Beach News-Journal reports. The Daytona Beach News-Journal is reporting that J.C. France, the grandson of NASCAR founder Bill France, and J.C.'s half-brother Russell Van Richmond have been arrested for possession of cocaine and DUI.
