That's Racin' interviewed DeLana Harvick, Krissie Newman and Martin Truex Jr.'s girlfriend Sherry Pollex about the important role each plays in their man's life. The interviews featured some interesting revelations.

DeLana Harvick, pictured above, wife of Kevin Harvick, and co-owner of Kevin Harvick Inc., wants it to be known that, in spite of her reputation, she is not a "hard-ass." Said DeLana, "I think people think I've got this reputation that I'm harsh and abrasive, which I can be. But there's another side of me, too" 

What else we learned: Harvick is the only significant other who wears a fire suit on pit row.

Sherry Pollex

Sherry Pollex has been Truex Jr.'s girlfriend for four years. She owns a boutique clothing store in Mooresville, N.C, and is an executive board member of the Martin Truex Jr. Foundation. If you like the way Dale Earnhardt Jr. looks in a pair of jeans, you might have Pollex to thank. Said Pollex, "I pull clothes for some of the drivers, and you'll find me hemming jeans in (the motor home) for Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Kasey Kahne, meeting with them to make sure they fit … I'll pin their clothes, take them to the seamstress and return them the next weekend."

Krissie Newman

Krissie Newman, wife of driver Ryan Newman, is vice president of Ryan Newman Motorsports. She keeps busy by taking helicopter flying lessons, helping Tony Stewart build his home (that's got to be fun) and coordinating photo shoots for a book called "Pit Road Pets." For dinner, she enjoys Rice Krispie Treats.
