I agree with the late race "debris" penalties, but these have been going on for a long time. As for other penalties and fines, I think NASCAR has been forthcoming with who get penaliized for what, including owner, driver, wrench guy and such. I am really liking this years' racing because they are trying to get back to what the fans want which is more aggression on and off the track, and who does that better than Carl and Brad, with even a Harvick and Bowyer thrown in there for good messure.
