Trouble with the law. Beers in the Rose Garden. Smashing up old clunkers. The White House has had a very NASCAR vibe to it recently. The timing was perfect for Jimmie Johnson and other drivers to visit President Barack Obama until bad weather intervened and the Pennsylvania 500 was pushed from Sunday to Monday, forcing the cancellation of the visit. Today White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said the meeting has been rescheduled for Aug. 19, which falls between the races at Michigan and Bristol.
