Reports surfaced earlier this week that current Richard Petty Motorsports driver Paul Menard is likely to make a move to Richard Childress Racing for the 2011 season.
At the end of 2009, RCR was forced to cut back their four car team due to a lack of sponsorship, but SI.com's Tom Bowles explains at why expanding to a four car operation makes sense for RCR this time and why Menard is the perfect guy for the job.
